Zenith Bank Plc has announced the retirement of Dr Adaora Umeoji, as Deputy Managing Director.
This is due to the expiration of her tenure in office, in line with the new Central Bank of Nigeria tenure rule.
THE WILL reports that in a note to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the general public, the date of her retirement was written February 24, 2023.Information Guide Nigeria

Also, the United Bank for Africa, UBA, in a separate filing to the Nigerian Exchange Limited has revealed that its full-year 2022 Audited Financial Statement has been submitted to the CBN.NYSC Portal
The bank stated that it is still undergoing review and approval process.
According to THE WILL, “Consequently, the Bank is yet to submit the Audited Financial Statements to the NGX.”
However, the bank said it hopes to publish it as soon as it gets the CBN’s approval.
UBA revealed that it anticipates to receive CBN’s approval on or before Friday, March 31, 2023.JAMB Result
