Kayode Salako, a former chairman of the Labour Party in Lagos State, resigned as the party’s chairman in the state on Tuesday, saying he resigned to pursue his goal to win the seat of the Oshodi-Isolo Constituency 1 in the House of Representatives.Information Guide Nigeria
According to a Channels Television report, Salako revealed this on Wednesday, hours after handing over the party’s leadership in Lagos to a former deputy women’s leader in the state, Dayo Ekong.
