Ten Hag delivered the bittersweet news at a pre-match press conference, he told reporters: “Rapha [Varane] is back, but we have doubts over Marcus [Rashford]. We are doubtful, more than doubtful. There is a big question mark over him.”
On when Alejandro Garnacho could be back at full fitness, Ten Hag added: “He has had one more week worth of training, so he is available. We have seen he can bring something extra in the team.”

On the threat of Liverpool, Ten Hag continued: “It’s clear, we know that, but it’s not important because we have everything in our hands. We must bring our performance, then it’s not importmant. What is important is the opponent we face tomorrow: Wolves.
“We have to take them seriously. They have done a great job, focus on that but they also have deficits, take advantage of that.”
When asked if his side were experiencing any nerves, Ten Hag replied: “No. We are convinced by what we are doing. We have had a lot of success, winning a lot of games. Instructions are clear but we have to execute them. When we do that we are successful.”NYSC Portal
On whether the youngster has a future at Man Utd, Ten Hag said: “Yes, of course, we loan such players to make development and progress to bring them back, that is the aim of the loan.
“They are really strong, we mentor them, we follow them, we have communication over the season, especially Darren Fletcher, who invests a lot in such a process. The aim is to bring them back as a better player with experience.”
