Reason we honoured female pilgrim who returned lost $80,000 to owner – Zamfara govt

Aisha ‘Yan Nahuche, had, during her pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia, returned the sum of $80,000, about N64,240,000, intact to the Zamfara Pilgrims Welfare Agency for onward return to the owner.

In a statement on Thursday in Gusau, the Governor’s media aide, Bala Suleiman, said the Governor appreciates the good name the female pilgrim gave to Zamfara State.

“If everybody behaves like Hajiya Aisha Nahuche, Nigeria will be a very better place for everyone to live in, he added.

“The entire people of Zamfara State are proud and happy over what Hajiya Aishatu did in Saudi Arabia. It has added to the good name of the entire people of Zamfara.”
