1. Adamawa State

Slogan: Land of Beauty

Adamawa State is located in North-East Nigeria. The state’s capital city is Yola, and this municipality was created on August 27th, 1991. It has a growing population of 3,178,950 people living across its 36,917 km² landmasses. Thus, the city is the 26th most populated and the 8th largest state in Nigeria.

2. Bauchi State

Bauchi is one of the 36 states in Nigeria and is located in North East. Its capital city is Bauchi, and the state was created on 3rd February 1976. It has a growing population of 4,676,465 people; ranking as the 7th most populated city in the country. The city also has a total landmass of 49,119 km² making it the 5th largest state.

3. Borno State

Borno State is a city located in North-East Nigeria. The state was created on 3rd February 1976 and the capital city is Maiduguri. Borno and Bauchi have the oldest North-East Nigeria date of creation.  The city has a growing population of 5,860,200 people living across its 70,898 km² landmasses. This makes it the 12th most populated and the second biggest city in Nigeria.

Taraba is a state that is located in the North-Eastern part of Nigeria. The state whose capital is Jalingo was created on 27th August 1991. It has a growing population of 2,294,800 people spread across its 54,473 km² area. This makes it the 3rd largest and 30th most populated city in the country.

The main occupation of this region is agriculture but there is also a significant number of manufacturing and technology start-ups.
