JUST IN: Emefiele Finally Appears Before Reps Committee After Threat Of Arrest

The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, appeared before the House of Representatives Committee examining the Naira swap program on Tuesday.Information Guide Nigeria

The CBN Committee and delegation are meeting at the National Assembly right now.

After more than an hour behind closed doors, the meeting began at about 12:05 p.m.

The House and the Committee issued repeated arrest threats on Thursday after Mr. Emefiele refused to attend the House.NYSC portal
