It’s unbiblical for married people to fast without partners’ consent – Bishop Kwakpovwe

Bishop Chris Kwakpovwe, founder and Presiding Bishop of Manna Prayer Mountain Ministries Worldwide, has stated that it is not biblical for married couples to fast without their partners’ approval.Information Guide Nigeria

Before beginning long or short fasting programs, Kwakpovwe recommended married couples to follow God’s word and obtain the approval of their partners.

“1st Corinthians 7: 3- 5 says, no one in a marriage partnership has the right to jump into fasting without the permission and consent of their partner,” Kwakpovwe stated in a statement he signed.NYSC portal
