Today, October 26th, 2022, Davido, a father of three, announced this via an insta-stories post on his official Instagram profile.
Davido, in what began as a joke in November 2021, became a money-making machine after he told his pals to send him a minimum of N1 million apiece because he has satisfied them with successful songs for the past decade and counting.

As a result of the generosity of his friends and fans, Davido was able to raise N250 million and donate it to 292 orphanages across the country for his 29th birthday.
In his most recent post, Davido, who will be 30 on November 21, stated that this year will be different because he wants his own personal gifts from his fans.
