• Step 2: You will be required to pay a processing fee for the affidavit
• Step 3: Obtain your receipt of payment for the affidavit
• Step 4: You will be required to provide a valid means of identification e.g. National identity card
• Step 5: You will be asked a series of questions by the commissioner of oath or Notary to confirm your statements. You may also be asked to present some additional evidence
• Step 6: After checking your statement, you will be required to swear to the accuracy of the information in the affidavit, and sign the affidavit.
• Step 7: The affidavit will then be signed, stamped, and sealed by the commissioner of oaths or Notary
