- As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health and strategic direction of the organization.
- You will lead a team responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, treasury, and risk management.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, strategic acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and industry regulations within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating closely with department heads to establish financial targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
