The handover ceremony was held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Monday, in the presence of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

President Bola Tinubu on Friday, appointed Gbajabiamila, the current Speaker of the House of Representatives, as his chief of staff.
The Speaker, who has spent 20 years in the lower chamber, was re-elected to represent Surulere 1 federal constituency in the 2023 general elections.
He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2003 and had won five straight elections before now.
Gbajabiamila had previously served as minority whip, minority leader and majority leader before being elected as the speaker in 2019.NYSC Portal
