As part of the sentences, the convicts are required to make restitution to their victims and forfeit all items recovered from them, including seven exotic cars, to the Federal Government of Nigeria. This forfeiture is a common practice in cases involving financial crimes, aiming to not only penalize the offenders but also to strip them of the proceeds of their illegal activities.NYSC Portal
Oyewale noted that these individuals began their path to correctional facilities following their arrest by EFCC operatives. They were subsequently investigated, prosecuted, and finally convicted for their various crimes.
The list of convicts includes a range of individuals, each of whom has now faced the legal consequences of their actions.
