Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem declared on Thursday that the appeal seeking to reverse the nullification of Major Hamza Al-candidacy Mustapha’s and others was incompetent.

In the lead opinion, Justice Dongban-Mensem ruled that Udeze was incorrect to file the appeal in the name of Action Alliance and to cite the party as a respondent.
