1.) Transaction Services Senior Analyst
Location: Lagos
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree / University Degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s Degree preferred
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years post-graduation experience, out of which at least 10 years must have been in the banking industry and at least 3 years as Senior Manager.
- Evidence of experience in at least three (3) major areas of banking operations
- Effective people management, leadership and development skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder management activities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills.

2.) Cash and Trade Processing Representative
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- The Cash and Trade Processing Representative is an entry level role responsible for processing varied cash & trade operation tasks in coordination with the Transaction Services team
- The overall objective is to perform multiple processing activities of limited complexity in a fast-paced environment, while focusing on quality, details and accuracy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer services.
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including managing cash supply for the branch, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
- Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
- Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
- Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
- Ensure all client needs are met and effectively manage any client issues/concerns, escalating as needed.
- Maintain working knowledge of client accounts as well as new and existing products and services offered.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

- The Cash & Trade Processing Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to various securities related functions, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team.
- The overall objective of this role is to support traders, maintain position records, and improve process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Treasury and Trade services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, etc.
- Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), process payments and solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operations
- Provide feedback on project related activities informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members
- Oversee responses to requests and deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
- Utilize knowledge of how own team coordinates with the sub function and contributes to the objectives of the overall business
