Three children were among the eleven individuals who were killed when the building fell on Wednesday, according to Syrian official media.
On television, it was reported that the five-story, illegally constructed building collapsed in the Fardous area of Aleppo in the late afternoon.

According to the report, a senior citizen, three children, and seven ladies were all dead.
Seven surrounding buildings were evacuated out of concern that they would also collapse, according to the article, which also stated that two individuals were hurt.
For fear that additional individuals might be buried beneath the rubble, search efforts were still being conducted among the wreckage.
Muid Madlaji, the head of the Aleppo city council, was quoted by the official news agency SANA as saying that the building was erected unlawfully and had shoddy foundations.
The 11-year conflict in Syria, which has claimed hundreds of thousands of lives and uprooted half of the 23 million people who lived there before the war, has caused significant damage to or entire destruction of many buildings in Aleppo.JAMB Result
