2. The second one os the information services for pre-lodgement enquiries via the TLScontact call centre on +27 (0)12 472 3800
Again, if you cannot lodge online, or maybe you are asked to lodge a paper application, you at this point have to courier your application directly to the Service Delivery Partner TLScontact, which is in Johannesburg, South Africa. It is worthy of note that, this option is likely to incur a service fee, which is to be paid to TLScontact.
Please note that you are to pay upfront for any visa application couriered to TLScontact at the following:

Also, note that you are expected to book an appointment for the provision of biometrics which is likely to be done via the TLScontact website. They will not accept Walk-in appointments.
Once you have lodged your own visa application, you are not expected to call, neither do they expect you to email the Australian High Commission for the purpose of checking on your application status.
Rather, you can be allowed to contact Australia’s Department of Home Affairs through the use of its Immigration Enquiry Form.
You may not likely to receive any response, should you seek to follow-up on an application that is considered to be within a global visa and also citizenship processing times.
