3.) Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure physical and structural asset integrity and report findings for closeout
- Handle and respond efficiently to customer requests
- Assess the scope of repair work and ensure close out of all works within Service Level Agreement.
- Regular supervision of the cleaner’s daily cleaning of furniture and fittings including electrical switches, open shelves, table and desktops, and fire equipment.

- Create PPM on fumigation services and washing of interlock tiles quarterly or as required.
- Ensure adequate execution of PPM on gardening services and drainage system.

Specification

4.) Meeting Room Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Managing a high-quality, customer-focused Executive/Conference room service,
- Complete regular housekeeping checks throughout the Executive/Conference rooms to deliver a seamless meeting room experience to all internal and external users
- Ensure the rooms are tidy and assets within the room are in good condition
- Set and re-set conference and meeting rooms in a timely fashion
- Being the first point of contact for all room issues, providing timely responses, and coordinating remedial work
- Report faults immediately through the facilities response center or supervisor as appropriate
- Advise users on meeting room availability and suitability by using the On-Line Room Booking System
- Oversee the coordination of all meeting room bookings
- Control entry and exit of visitors and employees, ensuring that any security procedures are followed
