First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari has urged wealthy Nigerians to support the ongoing effort at providing a conducive learning environment for children with special needs in the country. THE GUARDIAN reports.

The project which has been under construction for five months, when completed will provide a fitness centre, Aqua-pool therapy, sensory integration playroom, and assessment centre when completed.
The first lady said the school is meant to cater to children that have learning difficulties and visually impaired children among others.NYSC Portal
“ This school is therefore equipped to meet the academic, social as well as emotional needs of the children with needs.
While expressing satisfaction with the level of work done so far, the first lady said the school will provide a conducive learning environment for children between the ages of 2 and 18 years as well as adults of 25 years.
“ At the moment we have engaged Irish and British instructors on children with special needs.
“ They are going to be in Nigeria very soon to take over the school as instructors to ensure that the right standard and management are adopted in the school, “ she said.JAMB Result
