Ondo State Waste Management Authority personnel detained no fewer than 70 people for breaking the state‘s cleanliness code on Saturday.Informaion Guide Nigeria
It was learned that the offenders were apprehended on Saturday during the state’s monthly environmental sanitation exercise at various locations throughout the state.
After the process, Mr. Kunle Olajumbu, acting general manager of the Ondo State Waste Management Authority, revealed this.

He said that the agency had increased its efforts and activities, notably in the area of enforcement, to make sure that the public was aware of all the laws and norms governing environmental cleanliness in the state.
“Seventy persons have been arrested. We want to clamp down on those who violate environmental laws. We will continue to ensure that Ondo State is free from refuse pilation. Ondo State must remain clean and hygienic for all of us to live in,” Olajumbu said. Jamb Result
