22-year-old Keke driver who returned missing N15m in Kano gets scholarship

A 22-year-old commercial tricycle (Keke Napep) driver, Auwalu Salisu who returned a lost ₦15 million to its owner in Kano State, has been given a scholarship of N250 million

It could be recalled that ‎in September 2023, Salisu retrieved N15 million that had been forgotten by a traveler who had come from Chad to buy things in Kano.JAMB Portal

The 22- year-old returned the money after hearing a radio station in Kano announce the missing money.NYSC Portal

Since then, Salisu, a native of Yankaba of Nasarawa Local Government Area has been recognized by government authorities, organizations, and individuals, as well as receiving various presents, including a new tricycle from a benefactor.
